Masturbation is the culprit?

Is it Ok?

I m 20 years old.

I have been masturbating since 5 years. Does it effect my sex life after marriage.

Sperm volume during ejaculation is very less. Am I sexually ok with that.

Suggest me some check and measures for that.

Is there any home test for checking fertility?

Suggest me some measures to overcome this problem

Answer

A: Hi, masturbation is not only harmless but it is useful/helpful in many ways. Especially, for those who do not have opportunity for regular sex with a partner, masturbation helps them by relieving the sexual tensions. It does not affect the sex life in any way after marriage.

You can even use masturbation as a tool to learn control over ejaculation. So dont worry about it.

02. If your semen volume is about 1.5 to 3.0 ml it is perfect. Don't measure it by looking at it when it falls on the floor or toilet basin. Collect it into a bottle and measure it, if you are so particular.

Well, you can not do at-home testing of semen. Semen has to be examined under a microscope using special slides by trained technicians. Please know that even if a man does not produce any semen, he can still be sexually potent and powerful.

This is because semen production and sexual responses are two different activities, though mediated through the same hormones.

There are many men who are impotent but fertile or potent but infertile.
